We offer a 30% referral commission* for any property management opportunities you send our way that result in a minimum 12 month lease, payable when the lease has been signed by all parties.  If the referred property is already rented the referral fee will be paid when the management agreement has been signed by the homeowner.

We have developed an outstanding management agenda guaranteed to keep your clients very happy.  They'll find we are easy to work with, have a great staff and will do our best to keep their property leased to qualified tenants at true market value.  I can assure you that the Complete Circle, LLC team will provide them with one of the finest management and leasing programs available in our area. 

* If the referred property is vacant and Complete Circle, LLC lists it for rent we will pay you a referral fee in the amount of 30% of one month's rent upon leasing the premises.  If the referred property is leased at the time of referral we will pay you a referral fee in the amount of 15% of one month's rent as soon as our management agreement has been signed by the homeowner.  If the referred property is vacant and you list it for rent we do not pay a referral fee, but we will process the rental applications  and negotiate the terms of the lease at no charge to your client.
